Hello and Welcome! My name is Sandhya Maloth, an Indian who is passionate about diversity and inclusion in both the Business field and International communities. As a first-generation college student, navigating my Master's experiences has been new to me as well as my family. I completed my Master's degree in Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Dallas.
On and off campus, I have been an active leader. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led a team of 50+ volunteers at Cyberabad Commissionerate in India. I continue to seek professional opportunities that allow me to utilize and build upon my leadership skills.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring different cuisines, baking, and reading books.
My Journey
During my studies, I undertook various projects that involved analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights. For example, in one project, I worked with a team to analyze customer data for Conagra company. I also have experience with tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Tableau.
I am known for being very hardworking, responsible, and understanding. Growing up, I took on many responsibilities at home, which taught me the importance of diligence and accountability. These traits have been crucial in my professional development, helping me effectively manage multiple tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
I am passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and am eager to bring my analytical skills and dedication to your team. I am confident that my background and enthusiasm make me a strong candidate for the Business Data Analyst.
